Loma J. Childers, 70 of Columbus, passed away at Villa Angela Nursing Facility on January 25, 2015. Born on June 3, 1944 to the late George and Olga (Koch) Childers in Memphis, TN. Retired from DSCC. Survived by sister Betty Johnson, nieces Pam (Donnie) Bates, Susan Wells, Cynthia Brown, Sandra Bryson and Aletha Irwin, nephews Wayne (Gina) Fulk, Michael Wayne Childers, Kevin Childers, Christopher Childers, Stephen Childers, Thomas Alton, George Childers and Allen (Kristie) Johnson, many great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews and many special friends. Preceded in death by brothers Bob Fulk, Vaughn Childers and George Alton, nephew Wesley Curtis, brother-in-law Bob Johnson and sister-in-law Delores Fulk.
