Lucas Hammond, age 30, of the West Side of Columbus, passed away Saturday, July 14, 2018. He was born on October 20, 1987.
Surviving family includes siblings, Angela Hunt, Jeremy (Erica) Hammond and Lawrence Hammond; fiance, Taylor Reasoner; children, Matthew, Bentley and Tessa; also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, close friends and family.
Preceded in death by parents Steve and Karen Hammond; grandfathers, Albert Scales and Lowell Hammond; grandmother, Jane Hammond.
Visitation will be held Thursday, July 19, 2018 from 4-8 p.m. at Newcomer Grove City, 3393 Broadway.
Graveside service will be held Friday, July 20, 2018 at 2 p.m. at Green Lawn Cemetery, 1000 Greenlawn Ave, Columbus, OH 43223.
