Lucy "Carol" Garner, 73 of Gahanna, passed away at her residence on November 5, 2015. Born on March 6, 1942 to the late Harry and Ada (Anderson) Woodruff in Columbus, OH. Carol worked for Commercial-LoveLace and retired from Cheryl's Cookies. Survived by daughter Carrie (Richard Rabe) Garner, grandchildren Brandon (Vanessa) Anderson, Aaron (Edwin Clark) Anderson, Ashley Anderson, great grandchildren Brayden and Mason Anderson and brother Jack "Woody" (Ruth) Woodruff.
