Lydia Joanne Welliver, infant daughter of Heather and Justin Welliver and sister of Benjamin went to heaven on November 6, 2014.
Other family includes grandparents, Joanne and Larry Johnston, Janie Welliver and Phil (Rita) Welliver, aunt, uncles and cousins, Derek Johnston, Laura Johnston, Craig Rimlinger, AJ and Lane, Andi Welliver and family, and great-grandmothers Mary Lammers, Vera Johnston, and Marilyn Welliver.

A memorial service will be held at 3:30 pm, Friday, December 12th, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, OH 43231.
