Mabel Ann Yocum

Mabel Yocum, age 65, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away on February 19, 2026. She was born on May 14, 1961, on Mother’s Day.

Mabel was a devoted mother whose life was centered on family. She embraced motherhood with strength, resilience, and unwavering love, and her children and grandchildren remained the heart of her life.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Darlene Yocum, and her parents, Harold and Martha Hughes.

Mabel is survived by her children, Charles Winters III, Thomas Winters, Holly Yocum, and Brandi Craven, as well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren. As well as many other family members and loved ones.

Services will be provided by Newcomer Funeral Home. Mabel will be laid to rest at Day’s Glen Rest Cemetery.

Mabel will be remembered for her strength, her deep love for her family, and the lasting impact she made on those who knew her.
