Marcus J. Nicholson

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Marcus Nicholson, who left us on January 7, 2025, at the age of 68. He was born on December 19, 1956, in Columbus, Ohio, where he proudly lived most of his life.

Born to Clarence and Elnora Nicholson, Marcus grew up in a loving family alongside his siblings Clarence [Nick] Debbie (his twin sister), and Guy. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Clarence [Nick], and his beloved twin sister, Debbie.

He is survived by his brother, Guy Nicholson; nephews, Jason Christopher, Derek Nicholson, and Dustin Nicholson; nieces, Jessica (Joseph) Lowery and Holly Nicholson; great-niece, Malia Christopher; and great-nephew, Clarence Lowery.

Marc will be fondly remembered as a jokester with a quick wit, a passion for brain-teaser puzzles, and an unwavering devotion to the Ohio State Buckeyes. He never missed a game, proudly wearing his Buckeyes gear from head to toe as he cheered on his favorite team with unmatched enthusiasm.
