Margaret L. Genheimer

Margaret L. Genheimer, age 68, of Columbus, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 17, 2014. She was born on November 25, 1946, in San Diego, California, to the late Glen C. and Addie L. Sutherland.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sister, Barbara Jean Lane; brothers, George Kyle Sutherland and Robert David Sutherland.
Margaret is survived by her husband, Ron Genheimer; daughter, Lisa (David) Blauser of Crooksville; sons, David Genheimer of Columbus and Michael (Rebecca) Genheimer of Obetz; grandchildren, Nick (Ashley) Reese, Matthew Reese, Joshua (Gizelle) Reese, Samantha (Heath) Julian, and Abbigayle Genheimer; great-granddaugther, Addie Ann Reese; brothers, Fred Sutherland and William Sutherland; and sister, Anne (Terry) Jester.
Margaret was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother, who loved her family dearly. She was a hard worker throughout her life. She will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew her.
Family and friends will gather at 4:30 on Sunday, December 21, 2014 with a Celebration of Life beginning at 5:30pm in Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd., Columbus, OH 43231.
The family would like to extend a special "thank you" to the NSICU, Palliative and Hospice Care nurses and staff of Mount Carmel East Hospital for their exceptional care. Messages of condolence may be left at www.NewcomerColumbus.com.
