Maria Dolores Olivieri, 68, of Columbus, passed away Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at The James Cancer Clinic.
She was born June 20, 1947 in Mercedes, TX, daughter of the late Raymundo and Natalia Vasquez Garza.
In addition to her parents, Maria was preceded by her sisters, Beatrice Lozano, Juanita Garza, Paulina Longoria and Antonia Martinez; brothers, Pedro Garza, Ramon Garza and Gabriel Garza .
She is survived by her husband, William Ramirez Olivieri; daughters, Rebecca (Travis) Shoop and Abigail Olivieri; brothers, Jesse Garza and Raymundo (Margie) Garza; grandson, Alexander Shoop.
Visitation will be Sunday, June 12, 2016 from 5:00-8:30 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd. Columbus.
Funeral service will be Monday, June 13, 2016 at 10:00 AM at the funeral home.
Interment will be in Blendon Central Cemetery.
