Marjorie L. Gribble
March 7, 1924 — August 19, 2013
Marjorie Louise Gribble, 89, of Whitehall, Ohio, went to be with the Lord Monday, August 19, 2013. She is survived by her daughters, Sharon (Gus) Furniss, Linda Byers, Joy (David) Jordan and Arlene (Richard) Kennington; sons, Kenneth (Deborah Fletcher) Gribble and Michael (Jennifer) Gribble; sister, Jean Romonosky; brother, Richard (Nini) Jones; 24 grandchildren; 49 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Marjorie was preceded in death by her parents, Reese and Ruth Jones; her husband of 62 years, Charles H. Gribble; sisters, Pauline Winters and Eleanor Tope.
The family would like to thank Mary Wharton for her kind compassion and care of our mother.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 22, 2013, 4-7 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, OH. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, August 23, 2013, 10:00 AM at Holy Spirit Church, 4383 E Broad Street, Columbus, OH. Fr. William Arnold will officiate.
Entombment will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Columbus, OH.
