Marjorie Mason, a cherished soul and beloved matriarch, departed this world on the 26th of July, 2025, at Riverside Hospital, leaving behind a legacy defined by love, creativity, and devotion to family. Born on March 13, 1940, in Columbus, Ohio, Marjorie was a proud graduate of West High School and lived a life that richly exemplified the values instilled in her from a young age.

Her career culminated in a fulfilling retirement from Cardinal Health, a reflection of her work ethic and commitment to those around her. Yet, it was in the embrace of her family where Marjorie's true passions flourished. With a heart as expansive as her talents, she excelled in numerous hobbies—her love for sewing and crafts was vividly complemented by her joyful spirit found on the dance floor, where ballroom dancing became a cherished pastime. Marjorie's enthusiasm extended to the performing arts, where she embraced the role of docent for Broadway productions at the Palace Theater, bringing joy not only to herself but to those fortunate enough to share in her passion.

Marjorie found her greatest pride in the roles of mother and grandmother. She is survived by her adoring sons, Daniel (and his wife Erika), Douglas (and his wife Lois), and Andrew (and his wife Susan), alongside her beloved grandchildren, Daniel, Alex, Emileigh, Dylan, and Samantha. Each of them carried a piece of her heart, and she delighted in the small yet significant moments spent creating memories with them. Her devotion was boundless, and she nurtured her family with an unparalleled love that will continue to inspire those who knew her.

Marjorie's journey was marked by the profound connections she forged with her loved ones, and while she leaves behind a vibrant tapestry of familial bonds and friendships, she was preceded in death by her father, Nelson Weiler; her mother, Velita (Ell) Weiler Bennet; and her sister, Alice Janet (Weiler) Cochran. Their memories remain integral to the cherished legacy that Marjorie carries forth even in her passing.

A graveside service celebrating her life will be held at Sunset Cemetery in Galloway, Ohio, on August 13, 2025, at 1:00 PM. As we gather to honor Marjorie's remarkable life, we reflect on her with hearts full of gratitude for the lessons she imparted, the love she shared, and the indelible impact she made on each of us. May her spirit live on in the stories we tell and in the memories we hold dear.
