He was preceded in death by his parents, Marvin and Christina Hoover and siblings, Gary, Tommy, Sheri and Marvin.
Surviving family includes wife, Donita Brewer, daughter, Tonya Brewer, granddaughter, Jarah Brewer, siblings, Harry Hoover, Christine Thomas, Patricia Mullen and many nieces and nephews.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 5-8pm, Friday, September 27, 2019 at Newcomer, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH.
