Marquisha J. Pickett, 41, of Columbus, Ohio passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 25, 2017. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio on August 20, 1975 to Kenneth D. and Paula Pickett.
Marquisha is survived by her parents, Kenneth and Paula; children, Damia and Kiara Mills; sister, Alexandria Pickett. Marquisha's loss will be felt by many other family members, friends and neighbors too numerous to name.
She loved to have her picture taken. She loved all kinds of food. Her job in the family to was keep the peace between everyone. Marquisha was a loving and devoted mother, daughter and sister.
A visitation will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, Ohio 43231 on Friday, February 3, 2017 from 11-1. A funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. also at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, 1401 Woodland Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43219.
