Martha "Marty" Janetsky, of Columbus, passed away Friday, April 25, 2014 at her residence.
She was born in Ostrander, daughter of the late Edwin and Frances McIntyre Prouty.
In addition to her parents, Marty was preceded in death by her son, David Hillyard; brother, Chauncey Prouty; sister, Mary Boals and daughter-in-law, Zura Hillyard.
She retired as a Secretary from Associated General Contractors.
Marty is survived by her husband, Robert Janetsky; daughter, Marsha Hillyard; grandchildren, Lisa Ramirez, Patricia (Steve) Smith, Jeffrey (Kim) Hillyard and Spencer Hillyard; 3 stepdaughters, 16 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Saturday, May 3, 2014 from 9:00-10:00 AM at Newcomer Funeral Home NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd. Columbus, with the funeral service beginning at 10:00 AM.
Interment will be in New House Cemetery, Warrensburg.
