Martha "Marty" Yank, 87 of Columbus, passed peacefully in her home surrounded by family on Dec. 13, 2015. Born on Dec. 18, 1927 to the late Asa and Kathryn (Wingate) Hutchison in Crooksville, OH. Survived by children Janet (Bob) Holmden, Kenneth Yank Jr., Juanita (Ken) Jackson, Jennifer (Dave Bush) McClelland, siblings Irene Vernon & Paul Hutchison, sister-in-law Delorice Yank, grandchildren Joe (Crystal) Holmden, Chris (Erin) Holmden, Jasen (Kelli) McClelland, Kenny (Jessica) Jackson Jr, Jayme McClelland, Jon McClelland, Martin Jackson, great grandchildren Lucas Jackson, Logan & McKenzie Holmden, Ellie McClelland. Preceded in death by husband Kenneth Yank Sr., grandson Patrick Yank, siblings Elizabeth Hazlett, Asa Hutchison Jr, Edna Lloyd, Christina Allen, Kathryn Hatem & Fred Hutchison & sister-in-law Kathryn Petty. Friends may call at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin Granville Rd., Columbus, OH on Thursday, December 17, 2015 from 2:30pm to 4:30pm and 6:30pm to 8:30pm. Funeral service on Friday at Clinton Heights Lutheran Church, 15 Clinton Heights Ave., Columbus, OH at 1pm. Burial to follow at Riverside Cemetery, Columbus, OH. Memorial contributions may be directed to Ohio Health Hospice, Alzheimer's Assoc. or American Cancer Society.
