Marvin E. Jones, Jr. 69, passed away June 12, 2020.
He was preceded in death by daughter, Barbara Jo Jones; wife, Debra Jones; parents, Thelma Jones and Marvin Jones, Sr.; sister, Judy Jacobs
Jr is survived by children, Joseph (Nancy), Sammy (Tina), Margie, and Judi (Derrick) Jones; grandchildren, Clayton, Ryan, Britney, Harlie, Sammy Jr., Adrianna, Tony, Alexis, Jasmine, Brandon, Neva'Eh, Derrick Jr., and Lincoln; siblings, Brenda (Nick) Blazy, Janice (James) Hall, Martha Hardin, Mark Jones, Bobby Jones, Billy (Dawn) Jones, and Debra (Ron) Zimmerman; numerous nieces and nephews.
Jr served in the US Marines. He enjoyed riding his Harley and driving his Mopar, cooking, and barbeque. He loved his family and friends and would do anything for anyone. Jr was a hard worker as an over the road truck driver. He was the rock and head of the family.
A celebration of life will be held Wednesday, June 17, 2020 from 4-9pm at 1571 Demorest Rd., Columbus, OH 43228. Please bring a dish to share.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Funeral Home to assist the family during this difficult time.
