Mary Beth Call, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away on November 10, 2025, in Grove City, Ohio, at the age of 57. Born on November 27, 1967, in Columbus, Ohio, Mary's early years shaped the vibrant woman she became—one who poured love into everything she did.

A proud graduate of Grove City High School, Class of 1986, Mary was cherished by her classmates, earning the endearing title of "Class Rowdy." Her spirited personality drew people to her, and her kindness left an indelible mark on everyone she encountered. Mary loved being a part of life and brought a special enthusiasm to every occasion. She was known as the ultimate party girl of her high school, a testament to her ability to embrace joy and spread warmth wherever she went.

As a devoted homemaker and a "shop mom" at Sweet Baby Octane Tattoo Shop, Mary found her happy place among artists and customers alike. Her time spent caring for Mike, Dan, and the myriad of visitors to the shop brought her immense joy, creating a community that thrived under her nurturing spirit. The tattoo shop was more than a workplace; it was a reflection of her love for people and her genuine desire to support those around her.

Mary had a keen passion for music—her heart beat to the rhythms of heavy metal and classic rock. She adored attending concerts, particularly those of her favorite band, Tool. In her spare time, she enjoyed crafting with her granddaughter Ava and getting dirty with her grandson Lex. Spoiling her grandchildren was one of her greatest pleasures, as her family consistently stood at the center of her world, a source of pride and happiness she cherished deeply.

Mary's greatest accomplishments were undoubtedly her family and her son Gage's military career. She was fiercely proud of both, and she often expressed just how much she admired their endeavors.

She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Eric; her son, Gage (Cassandra) Call; her cherished grandchildren, Ava Rogue and Lex Everett; her brother, Rich (Jenny) Lester; her sister, Lori Staten; sisters-in-law, Karen Coleman and Alice Jones; brother-in-law, Craig (Judy) Call; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family who will remember her with love.

Mary is preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Diane (Landis) Lester; her parents-in-law, Robert and Martha (Helm) Call; and brothers-in-law, Tim Coleman, Larry Jones, and John Staten. As her family gathers to honor and celebrate her life, it is clear that Mary Beth's legacy of love, kindness, and the joy of living will forever resonate in their hearts.
