Mary Rose Shumaker, age 91 of New Albany, passed away on May 3, 2020.
She was born on September 17, 1928 to the late Lewis and Gladys (Garner) Harrington in Columbus, OH. Mary was a member of Mayflower Society and Daughters of American Revolution.
Mary is survived by her loving children David (Mandy) Shumaker, Mark (Robin) Shumaker, Matt (Jackie) Shumaker, John "Jack" (Mary) Shumaker, Jill (Michael) Yurkovic, sister Barbara Rehl, sister-in-law Mary Jane Goelz, grandchildren Peter, Lisa, Kirstie, Jena, Alyssa, Jillian, Maighdlin, Brianna, Andrew and Adam, great grandchildren Mia, Colton, Amy Jane, Louis and Phoebe. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband James Edward Shumaker and brother Charles Harrington.
