Mary Kathryn "Kathy" (Harp) Wallace, age 70, passed away after a long and courageous battle with cancer on Sunday November 25, 2018 at Kobacker House surrounded by her family. Kathy is predeceased by her husband of 37 years, Jim Wallace, parents: Orlando Harp and Lola Gibson and sister, Sandy Pappas. She is survived by her sister, Judy (Alan) Harp Varney, brother, Clyde (Cheryl) Owens, children: Lance (Jenni) Wallace, William (April) Wallace and Rob (Alicia) Wallace, grandchildren: Cody (Mindy), Casey (Makenna), Libby, Sam, Nick, Harper and Adam, great-granddaughter, Nora and special friend Jon Schaefer as well as many loving extended family and friends.
Kathy graduated from Pleasant View High School where she made life long friendships. Kathy was a stay at home mom raising her three sons, then began her "second" career as a talented Florist with Hoffman's and Villager Flowers. Kathy had a special way to find beauty in all things especially nature and animals which she exhibited in her poetry and backyard photography which was shared and viewed all over the world. She was a talented homemaker and amateur decorator and was notorious for her home cooked meals and fudge. She will be remembered for her strong faith, kindness, graciousness and generosity to all she met.

Friends and family may visit Wednesday, November 28, 2018 from 4 pm -7 pm at Newcomer Southwest Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City OH. A funeral service will take place Thursday, November 29, 2018 at 11am with visitation 1 hour prior at Columbia Heights United Methodist Church, 775 Galloway Road, Galloway, OH.
