Mathew Durasin, 88, passed away on Monday, May 11, 2015 in Pataskala, OH. He was born on January 6, 1927 in Derry, PA to John and Kathryn Durasin.
Mathew is preceded in death by his parents; wife of 62 years, Earleen Durasin; son, Larry Durasin; and siblings, John Durasin, Steve Durasin, and Katherine Pozik.
He is survived by children, Gene Durasin, David Durasin, Steve (Terry Allwine) Durasin; and two granddaughters, Megan Durasin and Ashley Durasin, sister Judy (Bob)Asbee.
Family will receive friends on Saturday, May 23, 2015 from 1:00pm to 2:00pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, Columbus NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, OH 43231 followed by a Memorial Service at 2:00pm.
In lieu of flowers or donations, please take your Mom, Dad or elderly friend to lunch.
