Melinda S. Nix, favorably known as Mam or Mudder, age 79, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 9, 2019 at St. Ann's Hospital.
Born January 19, 1940 in Chillicothe, Ohio she was the daughter of the late Ralph (Newt) and Helen (Honey) Ginther.
Melinda S. Nix was wife to late Richard (Dick) Nix.
She is survived by her brother, James Ginther; her four children Tami (Steve), Julie, Susan, Ricky (Denise) and grandchildren, Steven (Tiwana), David (Katie), Teri, Misty (Paul), Tony (Sarah), Drew, Summer (Jeremiah), Ryan, Katie (Eric), Alexis, Elijah, Eric, Ricky Lee, Nicolus (Sara), Phoenix, Katie; great grandchildren, Maria, Lilliana, Gemma, Jacob, Jada, Jasmine, Taylor, Madison, Lauren, Ava, Tess, Iris, Braedon, Emma, Amerra, Aubree, J.J., Aiden, Bella, Julian, Noah, Matthew, Savannah, Gabriel, and one on the way.
Although gone from sight, you will never be gone from our hearts.
Friends may call at the Newcomer Northeast Chapel 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, on Wednesday, November 13, 2019 from 11:00 AM until time of service at 12:00 noon.
Interment to follow at Northlawn Memory Gardens 7060 Ohio-3 Westerville, Ohio 43082.
