Melissa A. Forst, age 58. Sunrise, April 4, 1959 - Sunset, July 7, 2017. She was preceded in death by husband, Rick L. Forst and father, Roger K. Chambers. Survivors include son, Cole R. (Shannon) Forst of Grove City, OH; mother, Juanita M. Chambers of Grove City; sister, Pam Manering of Grove City; brother, Mark Chambers of Columbus; and many loving nieces and nephews.
Melissa was a member of Grove City United Methodist Church.
Gathering Sunday, July 30, 2017 from 1pm until the time of Memorial Service at 1:30pm at Grove City United Methodist Church, in the Sanctuary, at 2684 Columbus St., Grove City, OH 43123.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Melissa's memory to the OhioHealth Foundation, Kobacker House, P.O. Box 600001, Columbus, OH 43272-9802.
