Melvin Chase Jr., Age 59, Columbus- OH, passed away suddenly on August 5, 2022.
He is preceded in death by parents Helen and Melvin Sr.
Surviving family includes brother, Chris (Christine) Chase Sr.; sister, Tina Chase; niece, Justine; nephews, Cameron, Chris, Brandon, Spencer; as well as two great nephews, and a host of cousins.
Melvin enjoyed Tommy's Pizza and Camping especially at Put-In-Bay.
He attended First Church of God and loved the Lord.
Melvin loved listening to throwback 70's and 80's music, he was a wonderful man and will be truly missed.
Memorial Services will be held privately at a later date.
