Melvin A. Pack age 64 of Columbus passed away Monday, May 3, 2004 at Riverside Hospital. Preceded in death by his parents Marty (Marie) Pack. Survived by his loving wife Linda S.; children Kathryn M. (Mike) Lawrence, Constance L. Pack, Vincent K. (Angela) Pack, Jason Tubaugh and Mark Tubaugh; grandchildren Kyle, Emma, Jared, Tyler and Timothy. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5-8 PM at NEWCOMER-FARLEY FUNERAL HOME 3047 East Dublin Granville Road. Columbus. Funeral service Thursday, 10 AM at the funeral home. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery.
