Michael W. Clark, age 51 passed away at home on Friday, October 28, 2016.
He was born in Columbus to the late Cameron and Barbara Clark. He is preceded in death by his siblings, Kevin Clark and Merry Smith.
He is survived by his loving wife of 17 years, Tasha; children Destany, Cameron, Lindsey and Stephany; sisters, Erin (Phyllis) Clark and Kelly (Jack) Zwilling.
Family will receive friends from 5-6 pm, Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home, S.W., 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123 where the funeral service will be held following at 6 pm.
