Michael Eugene Starner

Michael Eugene Starner, 81, of Westerville, passed away November 24, 2025 surrounded by family. He was born in Columbus, Ohio on April 8, 1944 to the late Walter and Myrtle (O’Reilly) Starner. He married Patti Ann Muth on September 6,1968, after 48 years she preceded him in death on April 21, 2017.

Those left to cherish memories of Mike include son, Jeffery Starner; daughters, Angela Starner and Linda (Steffen) Wogan; grandchildren, Jarrett (Taylor) Oaks, Dustin (Ally) Oaks and Colin Wogan; many nieces and nephews.

Along with his wife and parents, Mike is preceded in death by his son Michael Starner.

Mike worked for multiple decades on the production line for Yenkin Majestic Paints. When he wasn’t at work, Mike loved to fish, mushroom hunt, cook, watch Ohio State football, play cards and draw.
