Michael Makuley

Michael Makuley passed away on Friday, May 1, 2026 in Grove City, Ohio. Michael was raised in Broadview Heights, Ohio by parents Michael and Betty with siblings Cathy, David, and Nancy. Michael is survived by his loving wife of nearly 57 years, Nancy, his children Heather, Adam (Rachel), and Matthew (Tracie) and grandchildren Quinn and Caden. After graduating from The Ohio State University, Michael built a career of over 40 years in Civil Engineering in Central Ohio where he built strong friendships with coworkers and others in the industry. Throughout his life, Michael always made time to help family and friends with a special project. Michael loved frogs, classic cars, Ohio State and Cleveland sports teams, and spending time with family and friends.

Visitation Monday, May 11, 2026 from 1-3pm, with Funeral Service immediately following at 3pm at Newcomer, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH.
