Michael Ray "Mikey" Petrovsky II, age 23, passed away on May 27, 2020. He was born on February 4, 1997 in Columbus, Ohio.
Mikey was an avid gamer. He was a huge sports fan, especially of the Buckeyes. Mikey loved comic books and his favorite was Batman. He had a huge heart and was always thinking of others before himself.
Left to cherish his memory is his momma and step-dad, Angel (Ben) Metzler; dad, Mike Petrovsky; little brother, Stevie; grandpas, Walt Raver and Steve Petrovsky; Aunt Libby and Uncle Ray Knisley; "nieces", Raelyn and Sophia Knisley; Aunt Donna Collier;cousins, Amber, Ali and Dustin; life-long friend, Ashley McRoberts and many other family members and close friends including his Parkside Family. He was preceded in death by his mamaw, Carla Stevens.
In lieu of flowers, please donate to Woods at Parkside in love and support of others who like Mikey struggle with addiction. Mikey not only received help at Parkside but was also able to work there and give back. Special thanks to Laura R. and Mark B.
Also special thanks to Scarlet Exteriors, Snyder Unlimited and Skyward Exteriors for enabling us to take care of Mikey during this difficult time. He loved you all.
The family will receive guests on Friday, June 12, 2020 from 5-7:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home-SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway in Grove City. The Celebration of Life Service will begin at 7:00 p.m.
