Michael D, Woods, age 68, passed away Saturday, July 13, 2019.
He is predeceased by his loving wife, Marsha Woods, parents: Charles and Betty Woods, sister, Denise Powers, brother, Phillip "Charles" Woods, nephew, Stephen Powers and niece, Deelena Powers.
Michael is survived by his siblings: Daniel Woods, Jonathan Woods and Tiffany Woods, brother-in-law, William "Bill" Powers children: Michelle (James) Hogsett, Michael (Stephanie) Woods, step-son, Roger (Amanda) Kern.
Grandchildren: Leighann, Corey, Alexis, Phillip, Taylor, Stacie, Josh and Derick, 10 great-grandchildren as well as many loving nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.
Friends and family may visit Wednesday, July 17, 2019 from 11 am -1 pm with a funeral service to directly follow at 1 pm at Newcomer Southwest Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City Ohio.
