Mildred Aline Ramella, 90, passed away Sunday, September 7, 2014, surrounded by her loving family. Mildred was born in Pike County, KY on November 9, 1923, to Hobart and Rosa (Hatfield) Vipperman and is preceded in death by her parents; husband of 64 years, Jesse Ramella; infant daughter, Sandra Ramella; grandson, Phillip Oliver; brother, Taylor Vipperman.
She is survived by her children: Linda (Ben) Burns, Stephen (Brenda) Ramella; Donna (Jesse) Calloway, Kenneth (Connie) Ramella, Ed (Kathy) Ramella, Dale (Brenda) Ramella; sisters, Erma Jean Blevins, Jane Scott, Geneva Eastridge, Brenda (Garland) Hunt; brothers, William (Helen), Stid (Mona), Jay (Phyllis), Robert Vipperman; 12 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews and many friends.
Family and friends will gather on Wednesday, September 10, 2014, 5-8 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, OH 43231 with the Funeral Service on Thursday, September 11, 2014, 11:00 AM at Christian Life Fellowship, 830 Morrison Road, Gahanna, OH 43230.
