Mildred Carroll, 89, of Columbus, passed away Sunday, February 2, 2014 at Mt. Carmel West.
She was born April 10, 1924 in Ironspot, OH, daughter of the late Mills and Hazel Smith Moore.
In addition to her parents, Mildred was preceded in death by her husband, Norman Carroll; brothers, Harry, David and Mills Moore.
She is survived by her children, Kandy Taylor, Pamela Mizelle, Norma Carroll, Teresa Carroll, Frances Thompson and David Carroll; sister, Geraldine Moore; brothers, Paul and Thomas Moore; grandchildren, William Earl, Roman, Andre, Terrence, Nakia, Hadassah, Brandon, Jasmine, Harrison, Davis and many great grandchildren.
Memorial service will be Thursday, February 6, 2014 at 7:00 PM at Southeast Apostolic Mission, 1505 E. Deshler Ave. Columbus, with visitation one hour prior to services at the church.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Newcomer Funeral Home NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd. Columbus.
