Mildred Janow, 87, passed away on Monday, November 10, 2014 in Hilliard, Ohio. Mildred was born on February 8, 1927 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to Peter and Theresa Kotanchek.
Mildred is preceded in death by her parents; husband, John Janow; brother, Pete; and sisters, Anna, Mary, Nancy, and Sophie.
She is survived by her children, Kevin (Alice) Janow and Brian (Amy) Janow; grandchildren, Felix, Clara, and Miles; and many other loving family members and friends.
A graveside service will be held for Mildred on Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at 1:00pm at Union Cemetery, 3349 Olentangy River Rd. Columbus, OH. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice in Mildred's honor. Please leave a message of condolence for the family during this difficult time.
