Mildred Mays

Mildred Pearlene Mays, 87, of Grove City, Ohio passed away at Mount Carmel West on Sunday, May 15, 2016 surrounded by loved ones and family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Otis and Edith Williams and her husband of 56 years, Eugene Mays.

Mildred is survived by her sons, Ron (Sharon) and David (Linda) Mays; grandsons, Brian (Judi), Kevin (Kari), David II, and Darren (Margaret) Mays; granddaughter, Kara (Eric Weber) Mays; four great-grandsons Trevor, Garrett, Sawyer, and John "Jack" David; and one great-granddaughter, Jordan. Mildred's family extends their thanks to Jackson Township Fire Department and the medical staff at Mount Carmel West for their care and compassion.

Her family will celebrate her life at a private service on May 18, 2016. Interment to follow at Muhlenberg Township Cemetery in Darbyville, OH.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Mildred to the Daughters of the American Revolution, of which she was a proud member since 1954.
