Mildred Eileen Whiteside

Mildred Whiteside, 101, passed away on Friday, May 23, 2025, in Grove City, Ohio. Mildred was born on May 22, 1924, in Harrisburg, Ohio to Warner Harris and Wanda Chamberlain.

Mildred is preceded in death by her parents; her brothers: Wilbur, Harold, James, Charles, Donald, Dwight, Carl, Larry; sisters: Betty, Dorothy, Wanetta, Janet, Louise.

She is survived by daughter: Vicki (William) Freeman; grandkids: Megan, Matt; great-grandkids: Audrey, Mason, Austin, Myla; a great-great-grandchild: Griffin; and several nieces and nephews.

She is also survived by special friends: Georgia Murdoch, John and Danise Corriveau.

Family will receive friends on Friday, May 30th, 2025 from 11:00am to 1:00pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Columbus Southwest Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio 43123 . A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 30, 2025 at 1:00 pm also at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Columbus Southwest Chapel. She will be laid to rest at Pleasant Cemetery.
