Minnie Cook, 83, of Westerville, Ohio, went home to be with the Lord on August 29, 2020.
She was born on February 3, 1937 to the late Willis, Fannie Hatfield (biological mother), and Maggie Hatfield.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband Samuel Cook; daughter Diana Belcher; granddaughter Lindsey Hatfield; and the following, Willis Hatfield, Bob Hoyle; sisters Evelyn Blankenship, Gladys Harris, Marie Hatfield; brothers George Hatfield, Jim Hatfield, Calvary Hatfield, and Hulen Hatfield.
Surviving family includes, daughter Karol Hoyle; son Kenith W Hatfield; grandchildren George Hatfield, Anthony Hatfield, Natasha Belcher, Dustin Hoyle, Ryan Hoyle, Rachel Scott; great-grandchildren, Sydney Hatfield, Zachary Hatfield, Kayden Belcher, Isaac Weildon, Ian Hatfield; great-great-grandchildren Constance Hatfield, Sophia Hatfield, Nathan Hutchinson; sisters Truby (Jackie) Thompson, Phyllis (Jack) Smith; brother Jerry (Deb) Hatfield; son-in-law Herman Belcher; sister-in-law Minnie Sue Hatfield; brother-in-law Homer Blankenship; as well as many loving extended family and friends.
Minnie was a minister and a Christian serving at the Pentecostal Church of God.
She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, sister and friend.
Minnie loved serving her family and the Lord.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Tuesday, September 8, 2020 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Northeast Chapel, 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus, Ohio. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Blendon Central Cemetery, Westerville, Ohio.
