Mona D. Staley Hartzell, age 76, went home to be with the Lord on April 25, 2017. She was born November 1, 1940 in Plumsock, PA to the late Arthur Sr. and Daisy Hartzell.
Mona is preceded in death by her parents and siblings John Hartzell and Roy Hartzell.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 58 years Richard; Daughter Connie (Geoff) Lebo; grandson Colin Daniel Lebo; siblings Josephine (Robert) Lamp, A. Patricia Mohr, Arthur (Darlene) Hartzell Jr., and Karen (Alvin) McDaniel; as well as extended family and friends.
Mona was a member of Massillon Baptist Temple for over 40 years. She then moved to Columbus where she became a member of Central Baptist Church for the last 14 years.
A visitation will be held on Friday, April 28, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, starting at 12pm until time of service at 2pm. Services will be officiated by Pastor Tim Womack and Pastor Michael Purdon.
