Nancy Ann Farley, lovingly known as "Grandma Nancy," was born on March 8, 1947, in Columbus, Ohio, and passed away on December 3, 2025. She was a phone operator at AT&T in her younger years, additionally, she cleaned homes with her best friend, Barb, and of course, was a devoted mother to eight children. Nancy will be remembered for her loving, kind, and accepting nature, always ready to feed or house anyone in need. She never had a mean word to say about anyone, embodying a spirit of generosity that touched many lives.

Her commitment to education was evident as she thought it very important that everyone received a good education, a priority she instilled in her family. Nancy proudly spent much of her time attending her children and grandchildren's activities, cheering them on and supporting their endeavors.

She was a fighter through her neurological disease, demonstrating incredible strength and resilience throughout her life. Other women saw her strength, and it helped them on their own journeys.

Nancy is survived by her children: Tammy (Ron) Stover, Pam (Chris) Coffman, Kimberly (Bob) Kelly, Tivis Jr., Jason (Andrea), Joseph (Randi), Christopher, and Dustin (Ivy) Farley. She also leaves behind 28 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. Her beloved sister, Susie Cain, also survives her.

Nancy was predeceased by her husband, Tivis Farley, Sr.; her father, Clarence Koontz; her mother, Vivian Koontz; her grandson, Seth Stover; her granddaughters, Ashley and Bridgette Farley; and her great-grandson, Jalani Farley-Brown.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123. The funeral service will immediately follow at 10:00 AM. Interment will be at Obetz Cemetery, Obetz, OH.

she was beautiful, for the way she thought. she was beautiful, for the sparkle in her eyes when she talked about some-thing she loved. she was beautiful for her ability to make other people smile, even if she was sad. no, she wasn't beautiful for something as temporary as her looks. she was beautiful deep down to her soul.
