In Loving Memory
Nancy Ann (Price) Sweeney, 79, born on September 1, 1938 in Fall River, MA. She went home to be with our Lord Jesus Christ on April 20, 2018. She is now at peace being freed from her captivity of Dementia, after battling this horrible disease for the last 10 years. Nancy is survived by her daughter Heather Sweeney; 3 grandchildren, Grandson Ryan and Granddaughters Emily and Erin; sister Betty Lou Diesz (Alfred), 2 nieces Melissa Trembley (Chris) and Maggie Biron (Jerry), 1 nephew Chris Diesz (Regina) and multiple great nephews and nieces. Along with her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her husband Carl; son Kevin; 2 brothers.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Capital City Hospice 2800 Corporate Exchange Dr, Suite 170, Columbus, OH 43231 or to the Alzheimer's Association Central Ohio Chapter.
A special Thank You to The Inn at Summit Trail and Capital City Hospice for the loving care of my mother especially in the last weeks of her time with us.
