He was preceded in death by parents, Mary E. and Boyd L. Davis; sister, Carol Trout; daughter, Tammy Pritchard.
Neil is survived by wife, Vicki Pritchard; daughter, Wendy Pritchard; son, Shawn Pritchard; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother, Ben Pritchard; nieces and nephews.
Neil was a car fanatic.
