Neva M. Ellas, 69, of Columbus, went to Heaven on Friday, July 1, 2016. Neva was born in Ashland, KY to the late Edward Stambaugh and Pauline Moore and is also preceded in death by her sister, Cheryl Schick.
Neva is survived by her husband of 51 years, John F. Ellas, Jr; children, Rick (Donna) Ellas and Missy (Don) Hardesty; sisters, Virginia Rockey, Jane (Donnie) Dudley and Joyce (Raymond) Garner; brothers, Jerry (Colleen) Stambaugh, Lawrence (Diana) Stambaugh and Jimmy (Lori) Stambaugh; grandchildren, Ashley Clark, Jessica Hostetter, Nicholas Ellas, Luke Ellis, Layla Ellis; 5 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
Neva was an active member of the Meadow Park Church of God.
Family and friends and will gather on Wednesday, July 6, 2016, 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, July 7, 2016, 11 AM at Meadow Park Church of God, 2425 Bethel Road, Columbus, OH 43220.
Burial will follow at Sunset Cemetery, Galloway, OH. Memorial contributions in Neva's name may be made to the Kobacker House.
