Born April 2, 1921 in Brazil, IN to Violet and Clyde Hyde. Married Frank Warner on Dec. 25, 1941.
Preceded in death by husband, Frank; brothers, Clyde and Hubert; son-in-law, Lanny Bullock; and grandson, Michael.
Survived by daughter, Roxanne and grandson, Joseph.
Visitation Sunday, May 21, 2017 from 2-5pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Private Funeral Services will be held. Interment at Grove City Cemetery (old).
Donations may be made in Otela's memory to E.L. Evans Senior Center, 4330 Dudley Ave., Grove City, OH 43123.
