Patricia Ann Blake, 65, of Columbus, passed away on January 4, 2015. Born on October 8, 1949 to the late Robert and Betty Leaman in Columbus, Ohio. Survived by loving husband of 36 years James Blake, siblings Holly Leaman of London, OH and Steve Leaman of Logan, OH. Preceded in death by grandmother Ariel Apostal.
Graveside service will be held at Sunset Cemetery, Galloway, OH on Friday, January 9, 2015 at 1pm.
