Patricia Elliott

Patricia Louise Elliott (Childers), age 71 of Columbus, Ohio, passed away September 13, 2018 at Mount Carmel East Hospital. Patricia was born in Martin, Kentucky on May 16, 1947 to the late William and Edith (Fannin) Childers. On June 26, 1965, she was united in marriage to William Elliott who survives.

Besides William, she is survived by three children: Chris Elliott of Clinton Township, Michigan, Kim (Todd) Simpkins of Ashville, Ohio and Kevin (Kelli) Elliott of Ashville, Ohio. She is also survived by two grandchildren: Logan and Hunter Simpkins of Ashville, Ohio, best friend Judy Baxter, beloved dog Dusty Rose and several cousins, nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by step-father Ned Cook, Uncles: William Fannin and Glen Fannin and Aunts: Danese Amburgey and Lucille Fannin. Patricia worked briefly at AEP Electric and subsequently at Kinder Care Learning Center as a preschool teacher for many years.

We are returning Pat to God's hands for safe keeping on Wednesday September 19, 2018 at 7pm. Friends and family may gather for visiting hours from 5 pm -7 pm at Newcomer Southwest Chapel, 3393 Broadway Grove City OH.
