Patricia J. Hammond, 83, passed away Oct. 2, 2016. She was preceded in death by husband, Fred R. Hammond Jr.
Patricia is survived by daughter, Cynthia (Keith) Newsome; grandsons, Anthony and Gregory Newsome.
Visitation Tuesday, Oct. 4, 2016 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at Harvest Assembly of God, 8075 Dellinger Rd., Galloway, OH 43119. Funeral Service Wednesday, Oct. 5, 2016 at 11 am at the Church.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Patricia's memory to Harvest Assembly of God.
