Patricia J. (Patty) Garrett, 70 of Grove City, passed away at Mt. Carmel West Hospital on February 27, 2015. Born on June 23, 1944 to the late Harlan and Macel (Mash) Ault in Indianapolis, IN. Survived by common-law husband Kevin Frizzell, children Kathleen G. Turner and Stephen D. (Jennifer) Spradlin, grandchildren Paige Meek, Devin Turner, Nicholas, Hannah and Samuel Spradlin, cousin Karen Sue.
