Patricia Ann Koontz, age 68, passed away on April 13, 2020. She was born on September 3, 1951 in Columbus, Ohio.
Patty was preceded in death by her loving husband, Gerald Koontz; parents, Roy Bryan and Susanne McCoy; brothers, Larry Bryan, Jerry Bryan and David Bryan. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Susie Barr and Jimmy Gallagher, Jr. (fiance, Tina Click); sister, Karen Richmond; step-daughters, Becky Brown and Summer Koontz; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
We all love her completely with all of our hearts. She will be greatly missed.
