Patricia Lynn Miller

Patricia Lynn Miller, age 81, passed away on June 15, 2026 surrounded by her daughters, family, and niece. She was born on May 1, 1945 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to the late James Lynn Hoffman and Helen Lorrenia (Cubberly) Hoffman.

She was raised in Troy, Ohio and a graduate of Troy High School where she made many life-long friends. She had an entrepreneurial spirit and co-created New Construction Cleaning, where she met the love of her life Richard A Miller. She also started an in-home daycare where she was able to help with her grandchildren. She was smart, funny, mischievous, outgoing and loved to laugh. She had a passion for gardening, family history and the sunshine and always looked forward to her winters and friends in Florida. She was a caring, loving wife, mom, nana, aunt and friend.

She is preceded in death by her parents; loving husband Richard A. Miller; son Scott English Putterbaugh; brother James Michael Hoffman and nephew Joseph Michael Hoffman.

She is survived by children, Jodi (Randy) Haueisen; cherished stepchildren, TR Putterbaugh; adopted son, Rick West; adoring grandchildren, Dylan, Cameron and Jacob and so many friends.
