Patricia Ann Thornton, age 84, of Johnstown, Ohio passed away on August 12, 2026. Pat was born on July 13, 1942 in Columbus, Ohio to the late James Sr. and Juanita Moore.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Orrin "Skip" Thornton, her 5 siblings, John, Harlene, Linda, Mary Jane, and Karen Sue.
She is lovingly survived by her daughter Juanita (Bill) Ives, brother, James "Butch" Richard Moore Jr., granddaughter, Jennifer, great-grandchildren, Haileigh Marie (Ryan), Holden David, great-great grandchildren, Xaylee Jane, Addison Marie, and Weston Michael.
Pat loved to shop. She enjoyed photography, gardening, tanning, baking, and sitting on her swing.
She will be deeply missed.
A dignified cremation will take place at Newcomer Funeral Home.
A Celebration of Life will take place at Clover Valley Golf Club, 8644 Johnstown Alexandria Rd. Johnstown, Ohio 43031 on August 29, 2026 from 1pm - 4pm.
