Patricia Ann (Nance) Rutherford

Patricia Ann (Nance) Rutherford, age 73, flew up to heaven on the wings of angels on Wednesday, November 30, 2016. She was born on December 12, 1942 at Grant Hospital in Columbus, OH.
Pat was a very loving kind hearted person. She would do anything in the world for anybody who needed help. She loved watching Ohio State Buckeyes games with her family and most of all playing the Ohio lottery, cooking big meals and watching her game shows. She loved her dogs, Katie and Charlie and always donated to the ASPCA and St. Jude's Children's Cancer Hospital.
Pat is proceeded in death by her mother, Lucille Nance and father, Merrill Nance; sons, Brian and Mike Gressierer; grandson, James Fields; family friend, Terry Buzzard.
She is survived by her husband, Harvey Phil Rutherford, married for 30 years. Her 2 sisters, Donna (Eugeen) Smith, Marsha Cooperider and brother, Butch (Carolyn) Nance; grandchildren, Lacie (Scott), Michael (Chelsea), Brandi, Austin and Keith; great grandchildren, KiyLeaigh, Gaige and Blake; niece, NiCol (Abraham) who held a very special place in her heart and many other nieces, nephews and friends.
She will be forever missed.
The family will receive friends from 4-6pm, Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home, S.W., 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123, where the funeral service will be held immediately following at 6:00pm. Abraham Hinojosa officiating. A wake will be held following the services at Minelli's Pizza, 3858 Sullivant Ave., Columbus, OH 43228.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Pat's memory may sent to ASPCA, P.O. Box 96929, Washington DC 20090-6929 or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 501 St. Jude PL., Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
