Patricia A. Smith, 74, formerly from Johnstown, passed away December 2, 2018.
She was preceded in death by parents, Lloyd D. and Eve M. Smith.
Pat is survived by sister, Rebecca M. (Richard D.) Campbell; three nieces, Jennifer L. (Chad E.) Bruner, Sheryl A. McEowen, and Tamara K. McEowen, along with their children and grandchildren.
Her interests included family and reading. She devoted much of her time to the love of her life, Charles Shields, until he passed away at the age of 94. Retired after 36 years with the U.S. Postal Service as a postal clerk. At Pat's request, no services will be held.
