Patrick graduated from Bishop Ready in 1982 and attended Franklin University.
He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas M. O'Brien, grandparents and uncle, Jim Bussard.
Surviving family includes mother, Joan (Larry Seymour) O'Brien, sister, Erinn (Joe) Spahr, niece and nephew, Kaylee and Ryan Spahr, loving aunts and uncles, Joy (Roger) Ballinger, Jack (Sue) Bussard, Jerry (Donna) Bussard, Jon Bussard, cousins, Jimmy (Susie) Bussard, Bruce Bussard, Derek (Jennifer) Bussard, David (Molly) Clarkson, Amy (Mike) Boron, Andy (Jenifer) Clarkson, Casey (Oliver) Meinerding, Jessica Fox, extended family, Miller's and Seymour's.
He is loved very much. Pat enjoyed watching baseball, the Ohio State Buckeyes, and the Columbus Blue Jackets. The family will miss his contagious laugh and funny stories.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
